Our authentication system records limited identifiers and timing to protect access. We do not collect full card numbers; checkout is hosted by Stripe.
Accounts, Files & Cookies
Account sessions use essential, secure HttpOnly cookies. Uploaded files are stored privately and access is restricted to the associated client and authorized Hardwire staff or assigned crew. Optional analytics and session recording are disabled in this application. Hosting providers may use essential security cookies. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, communicate with you about your project, send invoices and receipts, and provide customer support.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment Security
Card payments are processed by Stripe over encrypted connections. Hardwire Electrical LLC never sees or stores your full card details.
Data Retention
We keep project and billing records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
