1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Automated online ranges are preliminary and non-binding. Written proposals in your portal describe the proposed scope and price; review them before approval. On-site conditions, permitted scope, exclusions, and any changes should be agreed in writing.
3. Scheduling & Deposits
A service request is not a confirmed appointment. Published available times can be booked in the customer portal. Deposit, cancellation, and refund terms must be confirmed in your written agreement before payment; this website does not create an unconditional scheduling or refund guarantee.
4. Payments
Invoices and deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Hardwire Electrical LLC does not store your card details. Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our work. Installation workmanship is warranted as described in your estimate. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, or acts of nature.
6. Permits & Code
Where required, permits are pulled and work is performed to applicable electrical codes under Florida Electrical License ES 12002198.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardwire Electrical LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work at issue.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
